**Summary**

Responds to customer inquiries ensuring customers receive efficient and courteous service. Responsible for all aspects of providing quality telephone support to clients and assists customers in resolving problems.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence, and Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times.

* Make sales calls.

* Order processing from the time of receipt to when the order is shipped.

* Cover for salespeople.

* Answer phones.

* Clear orders.

* Responsible for taking orders, ensuring timely delivery.

* Participate as part of the customer service team to answer questions and handle problems professionally and expeditiously.

* Researches and resolves customers disputes and problems within established guidelines.

* Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.

* Proactively identify transportation and delivery problems.

* Present and sell new products.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Supporting all customer segments.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**

* One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

* Knowledge of Order processing systems is preferred.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.

**Total compensation**
