EXPECTATIONS
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and timely updates on order status, including tracking information and transit times.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Coordinate shipments, optimizing resources and planning routes effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Manage documentation for international shipments, including customs paperwork and permits.
Proactively identify and resolve transportation issues, ensuring seamless delivery.
Liaise with relevant parties to address client concerns and offer effective solutions.
Generate reports and analytics to track performance metrics and drive improvement.
SKILLS
Proficiency in Windows-based systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Fluent in Spanish preferred.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Ability to relay information accurately and efficiently across various channels.
