Overview
CAB Enterprises, Inc ('CAB Enterprises,' or the 'Company') is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing Electrolit in North America and Europe. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States.
Location: Houston, TX - onsite (hybrid)
Position Summary
We are searching for an analytical individual to join our dynamic team! The Marketing Insights Analyst will play a key role in shaping the future of new products and market expansion. The ideal Marketing Insights Analyst will successfully review and distill consumer & business data to develop insightful analysis and strategic decision-making that allow the organization to take advantage of growth opportunities.
Principal Duties
Research and compile data related to current product market, customer demographics and interest, and factors influencing product demand; analyze results to identify ways of maximizing sales and market penetration of current products
Use numerator to lead consumer/shopper insights work
Prepare commercial and strategic reviews to the brand as well as other ad-hoc senior management/stakeholder presentations
Maintain various PowerPoint decks with up-to-date insights, such as sell stories, operations and innovation
Effectively communicate insights results to clients, both written and verbal, across the organization to facilitate decision making process
Monitor brand health and collaborate with the Brand Team to develop plans for enhancing critical brand growth and pillars
Provide real-time reporting of brand performance, identify opportunities and risks, and offer recommendations for course corrections
Review sales trends, inventory, and distribution data to make actionable recommendations for business improvement
Summarize and analyze data; make recommendations related to research findings
Report findings, complete with graphs illustrating data and written text explaining complex findings.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Ability to think outside the box, developing creative solutions and ways to engage with users in new ways to drive adoption of our solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Science or related field
Proven analytical skills: conceptualizing, analyzing, deriving insights from data, to create compelling stories for clients
Demonstrated strength in data analysis & working with Syndicated, Panel, POS data (IRI, Mintel, and Numerator)
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, with experience presenting directly to clients and prospects with varying levels of experience from analyst to executive leadership
Two (2) + years in marketing analytics or data analytics
CPG and/or Retailer knowledge, including knowledge of consumer and category insights. Must be able to speak the language at a granular level of detail, understand their key strategic initiatives and how promotional data can be leveraged to achieve their goals
Other Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
