Hours: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000
Qualifications
10+ years of proven experience in customer service management (preferably in the food manufacturing industry)
Digital literacy in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word)
Experience with integrated ERP systems
Strong leadership and team management skills

The Manager of Sales and Customer Service will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the customer service department along with assisting the sales team with customers, retailers, and brokers.
Essential Duties:
Develop positive relationships with customers
Supervise customer service team
Provide guidance, training, and support
Manage customer inquiries promptly
Present sales reports to managers
Oversee the budget allocated for customer service
Analyze customer feedback
Ensure the order processing system runs effectively and that orders are entered, tracked, and delivered on time
Collaborate with production and inventory management teams
