We seek a Vice President of Life Sales who is a proven sales leader in the Life product space.
Role and Responsibilities:
Extensive life insurance distribution experience and team management
Leadership of the team with effective communication and management skills
Ability to leverage sales data and analytics to make informed decisions with a track record of leading sales teams with proven sales results
Capable of building and Maintaining Relationships with sales team and distribution partners.
Must show a strong understanding of the use/value of life insurance in a financial plan
Possession of motivational skills and the ability to inspire sales team for sales results
Resilience and adaptability is critical
Results driven mindset
Ability to create a positive and collaborative work culture
Requirements:
2+ years' Experience in leading sales teams that wholesale insurance products.
Preferred but not necessary: Life Licensed, Professional Life Designations, NASD Series 6 or 7; Series 63, 24, and 65.
