Position Summary:

Hillwood is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to provide support the Industrial and Office Leasing and Transaction team for the AllianceTexas project in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, keen organizational skills, ability to multitask and will take initiative in a professional environment. Additionally, the individual must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization and with outside partners and customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare proposals and coordinate all exhibits for electronic and hard copy bound proposals. Proof, print, bind, distribute and mail proposal copies as required.

Organize and maintain online document management platform.

Interface with customers, partners and brokers regularly.

Create and edit exhibits, maps, aerials and other marketing materials for distribution to external parties.

Organize, maintain and stock maps, brochures, proposal materials, and marketing materials.

Coordinate and organize customer tours, special events, bus tours, tradeshows, meetings and other team events.

Setup and removal of vacant buildings/spaces for marketing purposes (ie setup tables, boards, easels).

Update external websites with space/building listings. (Costar, Xceligent, Loopnet)

Manage internal document checklist and process through document execution and distribution to all related parties.

Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and creative thinking skills

Excellent organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience with InDesign preferred.

Familiarity with Box.com (or other remote filing/communications) and Salesforce preferred.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 5 years administrative and marketing experience required

Marketing experience, preferred
