Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Support to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and Sales support to our Members. This includes:
Contacting our Members
Providing Supplemental Insurance Products
Responding to Members inquiries,
Resolving Member issues,
Providing Member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
Strong customer experience and satisfaction skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Previous experience in a customer service role
