**Summary**
The Tavern 507, is Marshall Minnesota's newest restaurant to open this Fall 2021 and is seeking an experienced General Manager. The Tavern 507 is attached to our newly renovated EverSpring Inn & Suites.
The General Manager would be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant and its team members. Must facilitate a high degree of customer service, while ensuring staff work together as a team, striking a balance between customer satisfaction and effective business management to ensure financial viability.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
* Drive financial performance of the entire business. Prepare annual hotel restaurant and operations plan.
* Lead and inspire team to deliver a world-class guest experience.
* Develop systems, processes, and procedures to ensure operational excellence in all areas of the restaurant.
* Hire, develop, train, and empower all team members. Delegate responsibilities and projects.
* Oversee and lead a positive, people-first, and results-driven company culture.
* Manages labor and controllable expenses.
* Oversee revenue management and strategy on a daily basis.
* Establishes and maintains a proactive human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, and wage/benefit.
* Produce daily, weekly and month-end reports as needed.
* Ensure compliance with franchise requirements, licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
**Experience, Skills, and Education**
* 5 years minimum experience as a General Manager.
* Strong experience in food & beverage operations.
* Proven leadership experience and ability to train, develop, and motivate teams.
* Selfless, team-oriented, and always eager to improve.
* Working knowledge of IT and computer systems.
* Good understanding of revenue generation and yield management.
* Able to motivate and train team to provide a world-class dinner experience.
