The Business:

Hamilton Mayer is proud to be leading the search on behalf of a prominent general contractor in the US commercial construction market. The organization is renowned for its attention to detail when constructing challenging projects to difficult timescales, and quite frankly, sometimes difficult owners.

Role:

For the position of Senior Project Manager, this person will be fully vested in helping teams in the field operations, responsible as a key player in assisting the delivery of high-profile hospitality, multifamily high-rise projects across Georgia.

Lead the construction of complex commercial building scenarios to schedule and within budget.

Provide direction for the financial and technical project success, including anticipated contract deliverables.

Proactively manage client expectations and report to owners and architects about progress.

Select and coordinate the work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.

Ensure proper financial management processes are followed including creating monthly financial forecasts, project’s profitability and revenue margins, subcontractor payments, and a timely project close-out.

Monitor and issue requests for information, bulletins and submittals, updated project logs, status reports and schedules.

Key experience required:

Will be a key advisor to the executive leadership team.

Compassionate as well as empathetic leader to the people under their control.

A major advocate in health & safety – everyone gets to go home to see their families.

Ideally will be familiar with the Atlanta building market, however individuals open to relocating will be considered.

Multifamily / Hospitality project experience.
