Project Manager
Senior/Superintendent
Location:
Nationwide (Open to local, relocators, and travelers)
Salary Range:
$140,000 – $220,000 + Per Diem
Auto Allowance

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of high rise, multifamily projects from conception to completion
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulations
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in project management or superintendent role within the construction industry
Strong understanding of high rise, multifamily construction processes and techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel and work in various locations as required
Benefits:
