We have a long-term goal to make marketing on TV available to businesses of any size.
Tatari is expanding and we’re looking for a Platform Solutions Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for a set number of clients within Tatari’s ever-growing portfolio and work cross-departmental to ensure that client needs are met with the most superior management skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage post-sales relationships for SMB and strategic client accounts as the primary contact and trusted advisor.
Hands-on media planning, execution and optimization within Tatari’s buying platform across Linear & Streaming TV.
Listen to clients needs, as well as identifying unknown or unmet needs.
Become an expert of all-things Tatari (buying, reporting, proprietary measurement, etc.) and leverage internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science, etc.) to help clients prioritize and solve problems.
Guide clients through their TV advertising campaign, with a focus on buying/optimization, education across key concepts and strategies, and training on Tatari’s platform.
Participate, actively engage, and be the expert voice on TV in client meetings.
Spend a lot of time with clients (up to 20% travel) and building relationships with C-level executives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution, preferably majoring in business, statistics, data analytics, and economics.
1-3 years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions
1-3 years in project management
Solid understanding of statistics
1-2 years of experience buying/trading within digital/programmatic buying platforms (DSP’s, etc.)
Solid understanding of Streaming TV buying and overall landscape, bonus for Linear
Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts
Great presentation and listening skills—you come prepared to every meeting
You’re at ease holding a conversation with an engineer or marketing manager. You’re not a salesperson
Highly organized and detail oriented
Bonus: understanding of TV and digital marketing (i.e. SEM, FB), advanced Excel skills, advanced data visualization abilities
