Projects variety examples: Spearheading CapEx projects for an international Biotech company.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Work alongside and support the PM and other key project members in early CPDP stages (Stage 2 & 3) to ensure that Stage 4 is planned effectively and set for success.
Responsible for developing Construction Quality Management Plan and Construction Management Plan and compilation with the Project Management Plan. Review of other plans listed in the Project Management Plan (PMP) related to construction activities.
Supports Prequalification / vendor selection / RFI and RFP processes and procurement activities which include undertaking material requisition if required and scope of work development for site-based activities.
Oversee and uphold Construction Quality requirements with Contractor(s) to ensure that a robust in process inspection & testing plan is in place.
Oversee and manage the approval of onsite mock-ups and samples from Contractor(s) with the key project members.
Oversee the completion and compilation of accurate as-built drawings and Turnover Packages.
You'll be a perfect fit if you have: Bachelor's degree in engineering - mechanical, chemical or electrical.
Ten or more years of total experience managing CapEx projects in Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences industry.
Strong collaborator with ability to create and maintain effective working relationships and willing to challenge behaviors and actions.
