Warehouse Associate

Summary: Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise or materials. Fills requisitions and orders. Packs, crates, and ships products and materials to distribution center, departments, or assembly line. May operate fork lift if qualified. Performs a variety of tasks with in the warehouse operation. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Able to communicate and work along with all employees.

• Maintain work level that is compliant with the shift managers expectations in order to hit daily production goals.

• Hands on type of environment, loading and unloading of cartons, freight, and merchandise in general.

• Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements.

• Operate industrial power equipment such as forklifts, hand scanners, conveyors, computers, etc.

• Perform general maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

• Fill in for other positions as needed.

• Perform general warehouse and production service duties.

• Daily bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
