Our client is a leading maker of RF Phased Array Antennas, Components, and Sub-Systems for EW, SIGINT, commercial, military, SATCOM, and radar markets. They have a long tradition of selling to government agencies and Tier 1 prime defense contractors in the US. Their product portfolio includes EW electronics, radar systems, and SATCOM technology.
They are currently seeking a Sales Manager for East Coast territory. This Sales Manager will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important customers and be responsible for achieving sales quota, assigned account objectives, and management/growth of sales representatives within the territory. While the company prefers someone who understands RF Phased Array Antenna technology, they will also consider someone who has worked with RF Components for defense and aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in either Engineering or Business with 3-5 years (or more) of industry experience in Sales. Understanding of DoD contracts is a plus. Must be willing to travel up to 50%. Position is remote but MUST be on the East Coast.
