As a Transportation Structural Project Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a diverse group of engineers by providing mentoring, career development, and goal setting to deliver projects across region. You will also have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your bridge and structure design expertise to pursue and lead transportation related projects. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. You will solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify different solutions; guide others in solving complex issues in specialized area base on existing solutions and procedures. Youll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living.

**Here's What You'll Need:**

* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Structures Focus)

* Professional Engineer License (PE), Professional Structural Engineering Licensed (SE) preferred.

* At least 12 years related experience in transportation work with an emphasis on infrastructure projects

* Previous Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), County or Municipal experience

* Strong understanding of structural analysis programs such as SAP 2000 or CSi Bridge

* Previous experience with seismic design and retrofits.

* Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills

**Ideally, youll also have:**

* Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects

* Experience leading functional teams or projects
