About the Team
A Sr. Integration Developer is a member of Workday’s Global Technical Services organization dedicated to the implementation of our cloud-based software. We help customers make the most of the Workday platform! About the Role
The Sr. Integration Developer works closely with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy a customer’s various technical requirements. These requirements include integrations between Workday and adjacent systems in the customer landscape. The Sr. Integration Developer has knowledge of core design principles, common data modeling and patterns, project implementation methodology, and a successful track record of delivering.
Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design for an HCM, Payroll, Financials, ERP or Supply Chain software provider
4+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development
Advanced understanding and experience of the complete software implementation lifecycle - including integrations requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production
Other Qualifications Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification is a huge plus
Advanced skills with Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio is a huge plus
Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation.
Advanced skills with EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technology

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $105,700 USD - $195,600 USD
