Hopeful for those we support, rebellious in our approach, and collaborative by breaking down barriers, AccessHope is seeking an Account Manager to help us uniquely deploy the latest cancer knowledge to the places it's needed most.
As an ideal candidate, you'll thrive in supporting the mission critical role of creating, building, and expanding relationships with AccessHope clients and partners. This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing the relationship partners assigned to you. You will do so through the day-to-day, white-glove support of our clients and partners, execution of strategic initiatives that enable efficient operations and increase engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in support of your Client Excellence and/or Channel Partner team.
Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the leadership, and senior staff, manages the day-to-day relationship of the client, partner, or vendor.
Develop relationships to drive client, partner, or vendor engagement through developing solutions for business-critical issues and implementing long-term engagement strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments to manage client, partners, or vendors, performance guarantees, ensuring optimal distribution processes are adhered to
Own and assist with the preparation and development of presentation materials for client, partner, or vendor Leadership, the Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team, and external stakeholders.
Maintains a clear understanding of the contract and implementation process to ensure programs are appropriately functioning and operating across various relationships.
Skills/Abilities Ability to navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and innovative mindset to handle multiple projects and deliverables.
Proven experience and aptitude to participate as part of a high functioning team within a virtual work environment.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, communications, or related discipline; four years plus minimum experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
Three or more years' account/relationship management experience or related experience in a consulting, healthcare, or similar setting.
Preferred Qualifications/Certifications Master's Degree
Five or more years' account/relationship management experience or related experience in a consulting, healthcare, or similar setting.
PMP certified preferred; lean or six sigma certifications
Additional Information As a condition of employment, AccessHope requires staff to comply with all state and federal vaccination mandates.
Virtual within the Continental U.S.; support or collaboration across multiple time zones; may include travel up to 50%.
