We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve any client issues or concerns.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide valuable insights to clients to help them grow their business.
Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating favorable terms and closing deals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive growth and profitability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
