**Computer Support Specialist**
Remote - Portland, OR Point S Tire is seeking to fill the role of **Computer Support Specialist**. The ideal candidate for this position will have a great attitude, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and be comfortable delivering computer support via phone and remote support software. Candidates must demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and be dedicated to tracking calls through well documented tickets. As the Specialist you will support several internal software applications for both internal and external users. Other support duties as needed. **Qualifications**
**Experience:**
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Experience working with IT ticket systems
* Experience using Microsoft Office
* Experience with desktop and web-based applications support
* Experience with Windows based computers
