Job Summary
* This is a hybrid opportunity that will work from the office 3 days a week. Must live in a commutable distance to the Chicago office.** Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.*
Summary:
This position is responsible for providing technical and operational support to departments, divisions or enterprise areas. Perform tasks include developing projects; develop and facilitate training; and maintaining project work plans, issue logs, and status reports. Also participating in the project meetings and workgroups with multiple, simultaneous projects. (Currently no travel required)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor and 2 years of business, training or project management experience OR 6 years of business, training, or project management experience.* Experience in the development of training materials.* Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations.* Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation.* Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.* PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Ability to work with all levels of the organization.* Ability to travel including overnight stays.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* HEDIS record retrieval experience.* Familiarity with EMR (electronic medical record) and Inovalon (HEDIS software)* Ability to multi-task and pivot between projects* Proficiency in MS Access and Terra Database
