You will be working within a global SaaS company who are the leader in what they do. They are looking to upscale the company in the next two years and are looking to grow their outbound Boston team.
They are looking for someone with a hunter attitude to seek new business and prospects to bring into a growing team. You will be managing a new team of outbound executives and working alongside their sales enablement lead, taking part in their sales academy that takes place every two weeks.
Responsibilities
Managing a small team of account executives to scale their revenue
Identify and target sales leads - outbound
Build and maintain relationships with new clients
Set and exceed sales quotas
Directly participate in closing deals with target accounts which will be predominately new businesses and drive future business initiatives for future success
Qualifications
A desire to grow and develop you as a team
Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
Experience with outbound sales and discovering new prospects (cold calling/lead generation)
Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process
