The Vice President of Security will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a holistic security strategy to protect the company's personnel, facilities, and assets. This role requires a deep understanding of various security solutions, including but not limited to video surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection, and physical security measures.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:**

+ Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices.

+ Oversee the implementation and management of video surveillance systems, access control, and other security technologies to safeguard company assets and facilities.

+ Lead a team of security professionals, including security managers, analysts, and officers, to ensure the effectiveness of security operations.

+ Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and HR, to address security concerns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

+ Manage relationships with external security vendors, consultants, and law enforcement agencies.

+ Stay abreast of emerging threats and security trends to proactively enhance the company's security posture.

+ Prepare and present reports to senior management on security metrics, incidents, and risk assessments.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate security management, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.

+ Strong knowledge of security technologies and solutions, including video surveillance systems, access control, alarm systems, and physical security measures.

+ Experience managing security operations in a complex and dynamic environment, preferably in the commercial security sector.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

+ Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are highly desirable.

+ Demonstrated ability to analyze security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
