at C Space Boston, Massachusetts; New York, New York; Remote **In this Role** Reporting into an Account Lead, you will work with a team of Consultants and the online communities of our clients consumers to design research that translates to actionable insights. That brings the so what and the now what into the picture. Telling great stories, with a consultative and customer-centric lens, that will inspire our clients as well as address the burning questions and challenges they are facing. You will manage up and down in this pivotal role in our teams as a collaborative team player. Coaching more junior members of your team and bringing in senior stakeholders to deliver first class client and colleague experience - enabling everyone to bring their best and whole selves to the work. Our Retail, Goods & Services teams work with a diverse range of businesses in the sector from large CPG companies, to a range of retailers and a variety of service companies (including hospitality , food service and travel) . Recent projects include: **What youll bring to the role** * Are curious, and able to ask thoughtful questions to get to the what and why behind initial project brief s from clients and learn more about their business
* Have a collaborative but entrepreneurial spirit ; we want to know that you can vibe with a team but can also work independently
* Are skilled in qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, and get excited about designing & implementing research projects
* Have experience designing and writing surveys
* Are able to creatively draw on a range of different research approaches that will meet and deliver on the objectives of different projects to yield strong insights
* Are a captivating and creative storyteller, that lands tangible insights for clients and creates excitement and next steps to action
* Are a first-rate project manager detail-oriented, comfortable running and keeping track of the day-to-day ins and outs of your teams
* Have a track record of managing your own time efficiently and showing good judgement in how to prioritize & juggle tasks/projects
* Have a growth mindset, looking to learn, progress and share examples of great client stories that demonstrat e impact and the value you and your teams deliver
* H ave a passion for - and get excited about - understanding human behavior
* Have 3+ years experience within market research and/or consumer insights
