Summary
This position is responsible for managing the sales department and all salespersons.
Report to work by 8:00 A.M.
Follows-up on all leads, 1,2, on a daily basis
Review Team books daily with individual team members.
Responsible to drive product lines to unit and profit goals, always be looking for ways to maximize product line performance and profit margins on every unit sold.
Train, coach, and grow team members on Lazydays’ culture and follow-up techniques.
Be available to meet and greet every customer
Be available to T/O as assigned by desk manager; maximizing profit margin – don’t give up too much too fast, work every opportunity.
Know what every member of your team is doing on a daily basis.
Encourage growth in team’s sales careers.
Communicate in a positive manner to fellow co workers.
Spend your time generating profit for the company by implementing sales tools and looking for used inventory to purchase.
Prepare required reports.
Attend all company required meetings

Qualifications And Experience
Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3 years’ experience in sales
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
