The Role:

Direct engagement with development client on sales and marketing planning and performance management.

Direct marketing and sales oversight of select Investments Life Plan communities.

Works with LCS marketing or third-party client on agency selection and marketing program management for assigned communities.

Work with LCS Corp Marketing, new business development and LCSD where requested and aligned client proposals, presentations, and campaigns.

Participate in internal new business meetings and select client presentations with LCSD and or LCS new business development.

Assist LCSD and LCS National Marketing and Chief Sales Officer to develop consistency in LCSD as well as project specific marketing collateral and marketing programs.

When possible and available, work with LCSD and SLMS senior leadership during strategic and master planning process.

Participate with LCSD / LCS new business development / LCS RE in discussions related to Market Viability Ratings, Market Assessments, Value Analysis, Focus Groups, and if applicable, site selection.

Work with LCSD, Ops management and FPA on marketing budget development, setting pricing, sales and occupancy schedules and assumptions.

Collaborate with LCSD in streamlining resident selections and move in processes.

Collaborate with Senior Regional Marketing and Sales Development Director regarding any updates to the Marketing Playbook.

Develop and educate current SLMS Regionals as needed in expansion sales processes.

Collaborate with senior sales and marketing leaders as well as corporate resources to establish KPI’s geared towards development as well as evolve Salesforce to meet the needs of development communities.

Lead teams in preparation for priority sales, conversion sales through appropriate planning for collateral, agreements, event planning and training of onsite sales resources.

Establishes standards for sales office design and set up.

Work with each team to establish appropriate referral and resident retention programs.

Educate teams on all sales systems and reporting requirements to support SalesFIRST culture and results.

Provides input to appropriate corporate department on consistent development budget processes, expense management, proforma and fill up schedules.

Ensures that LCS sales best practices are implemented at assigned communities. Experience:

7+ years of entrance fee senior living multi-site management

Greenfield / blue sky entrance fee community experience required.

Travel Frequency: 50-75%

Estimated Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000
