Marketplace Sales Executive

Position Summary As a Marketplace Sales Executive at EDRAY, your main objective will be to identify, prospect, and close new business. You will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding the company's presence in the market. Essential Duties And Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Identify and target potential clients within the space, focusing on businesses that import and export through all major U.S. gateways.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting solutions that align with EDRAY's services.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase EDRAY's proprietary technology, processes, and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketplace to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that terms are favorable for both the client and EDRAY.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay current with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, Skills, And Abilities) At least 2 years of experience in 3PL sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong industry knowledge and understanding of import and export supply chain operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
Proven ability to identify and understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
Experience with 3PL solutions
Strong network and connections within the industry
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and introduce innovative sales strategies.
