The primary job function is to work in a fast-pace professional call center environment providing excellent customer service to all customers on both inbound and outbound calls.
Essential Job Functions
* Takes first report claims calls, which typically involve all lines of company business. 90%
* Works and completes all applications and processes necessary to tend to customer issues.5%
* Utilizes basic understanding of products and systems to complete tasks independently. 5%
* Other functions may be assigned -
Qualifications/Competencies
Education:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience: Describe the required/desired years and type of experience
* At least 1 year of call center and/or customer service experience
* Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Knowledge and Skills: Describe any required/desired specialized knowledge, skills or abilities
* Must be able to learn and support Company policies and procedures.
* Professional conduct is essential to this position.
* Requires strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
* Requires efficient written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
* Requires excellent teamwork skills.
* Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and applications required (i.e. Microsoft Office).
* The ability to multi-task and organize communications is preferred.
