The ideal candidate must possess the following :

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
4A seeks to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. This position requires a self-starter who is a collaborator within a matrixed organization.
If you have not worked in consulting or for a small business, you should be prepared to push the boundaries of your expectation for a simple 9-5 workday. If that’s what you need, this job won’t be for you. 4A offers a flexible schedule but expects core coverage between 10am to 4pm for focused recruiting activities. As a small business, our internal business meetings for recruiting and business development take place after 4pm – after the billable work is done. Your openness to attend meetings after business hours will be discussed and weighed carefully against your ability to use appropriate tools to communicate status to management.
4A management staff is decentralized geographically. We meet virtually. We do not require a local person for this position, but the candidate must be comfortable using Teams, leading a meeting as needed, and sharing documents online for status or reporting to management to answer questions or address hot requirements.
Your work will mainly be to source and identify appropriate candidates for technology-related roles. These candidates may be for proposals as representative resumes or join project teams in staff augmentation roles. At various times, you will prepare contingent offers, formal offers, negotiate terms with a candidate, or collaborate with our various partners to provide or receive candidate resumes. Above all, you will be able to vet and qualify candidate resumes for technology-related roles as a step before they are formally interviewed by 4A.

Prioritize and organize task and project assignments. Multiple client needs may arrive at the same time. It’s critical to collaborate with management to understand the priorities.

Review resumes for gaps, missing contact, or other information before forwarding to management
