Job Description:
Activities Include:
• Oversee the Apptio design with responsibility of the IT Allocation business requirements
• Understand Clients Budget and Month End Close processes and system impact
• Assist in testing and roll out of Apptio platform
• Support Critical finance functions within IT Allocation Operations team
• Partner with Client and Vendor Tech Leads for integration design, testing and support
• Participate and lead in the design, development, and implementation of the Apptio Model, Architecture and Data across Cost Pools, Towers, Services and Bills of IT
• Build effective User Interfaces that are simple, yet powerful allowing end users to drill down into data and gather insights into their IT related costs
• Support the CFO-SIT group with the execution of the strategic roadmap
• Develop reports for stakeholders based on user requirements
• Support the team in day-to-day operational activities, support, enhancements
• Manage onsite-offshore coordination
Qualifications:
• Minimum five years of recent experience as an Apptio System Administrator, Apptio Design Lead and executing custom solution in Apptio TBM Studios
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
• Proven industry experience in business management, information technology and/or financial services industries, management accounting and computer application systems
• Software Deployment/Development experience, working collaboratively with multiple admins & existing processes in the system
• Understanding of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network/communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage and application development
• High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
