Your role will involve constant monitoring of performance metrics, gathering customer feedback, and iterating on the service to ensure its competitiveness and alignment with customer needs. You will also develop an education content roadmap and integrate it into upcoming service offers, working closely with the HPM education services team to ensure alignment and share feedback from regions and customers.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Responsible for developing global customer education go-to-market strategies, value propositions to launch new services successfully. This involves coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to create messaging, positioning, and promotional campaigns that effectively communicate the service's value proposition to target customers.

Revenue Optimization: Tasked with maximizing the revenue generated from services. This may involve pricing optimization, upselling and cross-selling strategies, bundling services with complementary offerings, and identifying monetization opportunities.

Customer Success and Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction and success is a key priority for service product managers. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, address customer complaints and concerns, and proactively identify ways to enhance the overall customer experience.

Risk Management and Compliance: Consider regulatory requirements, legal considerations, and potential risks associated with the service managed. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure services comply with relevant laws and regulations.
