Customer Success Manager

TRC is seeking a self-starter, growth focused, results-driven Customer Success Manager on behalf of their client a leading mobile technology specialist located in Norcross, GA. Direct Hire opportunity!
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
Salary: $65-75k
Essential Duties&Responsibilities:
Perform issue resolution for customers and run Customer Success Playbooks
Track and monitor account concerns, and creation of effective corrective actions.
Conduct formal proprietary asset management software training for end-users.
Fully understanding your customer’s SOW, guarantee service level metrics are adhered to and ensuring all penalties and credits are followed
Measure metrics for your portfolio of customers and conduct Quarterly Reviews
Identify new opportunities within current customers
Address high severity requests or issue escalations with speed and efficiency
Qualifications&Requirements:
3+ years of sales business development, customer success, or account management experience.
Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms / Fortune 1000 Customer facing preferred
Analytical and logical ability to understand business workflows
Customer-orientated approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills
Project management experience a plus.
Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and ability to adjust priorities on-the-fly.
