Senior Product Manager - Leads Platform and SaaS

Senior Product Manager

Monster.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Leads Platform and SaaS offering. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in lead generation and SaaS, along with strong product management, project management, technical and analytical skills. This position will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the strategic management and enhancement of our lead generation platform and SaaS offering.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire product lifecycle for our Leads Platform and SaaS product, from conception to launch and ongoing optimization.

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, to define product requirements and priorities.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

Provide guidance and support to engineering teams, leveraging technical skills to understand and address technical challenges.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Leads Platform and SaaS product, leveraging user feedback and data insights.

Deliver exceptional customer support services to lead generation partners and SaaS clients, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully managing and growing lead generation platforms and/or SaaS offerings.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of lead generation and SaaS best practices.

*Salary range for this position: $123,000 - $180,000

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Monster complies with all local wage and hour laws.
