Our Opportunity

As a Staff Product Manager at Snyk you will be a member of the Product Management team and have the opportunity to lead complex work, spanning cross functional teams, and manage our overall market facing products and roadmap. You'll be a champion of our products both with both internal teams and to external audiences. Key responsibilities will include understanding our products and tracking success, managing roadmap and ways of working and defining business/revenue opportunities aligned with overall product strategy incorporating them into the decision-making process for prioritization. As a Staff Product Manager you will also help to mentor and coach more junior Product Manager to grow in the craft of Product.

You'll spend your time

Owning and drive large cross cutting product initiatives

Contribute to our vision and strategy

Present, manage and expand our roadmap geared to prospects and customers, covering the full range of products.

Have a deep understanding of our products and acting as product champion

Work with other areas of the company, and with partners, to promote the domain you own and be a focal point across the different stakeholders

Build and maintain close relationships with relevant customers, knowing their main pain points, and the direction to take the platform to better suit their needs.

Collaborate on strategic business-level initiatives with team members in other departments.

Take an active part in the sales process. facilitate with the sales process by answering products related questions, introduce roadmap, etc

Proactively identify gaps in the organization's processes and practices and help to address them, to improve the way the company as a whole works.

Effectively lead user research/testing and general market trends.

Mentoring other product managers in the organization and up-leveling the product management craft at Snyk

What You'll Need At least 8 years experience with Product Management in enterprise organizations and taking B2B products to market and in particular around GTM aspects

Knowledge about the industry and domain, the competitive landscape and the relevant industry trends, and make decisions accordingly.

Expert on the product user's needs, with a deep understanding of their various habits and behaviors.

Ability to Communicate proactively and clearly, and enjoy working in highly cross-functional, distributed product teams

Experience with pricing and packaging nice to have
