Amazon is building the next generation of hardware and software products to support our global transportation network. Our team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and scale software products for management and maintenance of Amazon’s transportation fleet worldwide.
Relay Fleet Tech owns hardware and software products for telematics, asset management and maintenance, visibility, and reusables for Middle Mile. Our primary customers are carriers, fleet operations, planning and optimization, sort-tech, and loss prevention teams. If you get excited about solving complex and impactful problems at scale, this role is for you.
To be successful you need to be flexible and entrepreneurial. You are a true owner - you are passionate about building hardware and software products and innovate on behalf of our customers. You ideally have experience presenting a strategic vision to Directors, and are excited to think-out-of-the box to solve complex problems.
Key job responsibilities
* As a Senior PM, you are the end-to-end owner of vision, strategy, and execution for your products.
* You will define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional team of engineers, program managers, and other product owners.
* You will drive day-to-day product development from design through to release.
* Your product requirements are concise, with clear, measurable success criteria.
* You are an effective negotiator, make smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality, and drive appropriate schedules.
* You use data to influence our business strategy and technical priorities, and escalate when necessary without negatively impacting relationships.
* You independently represent your products and the product team and are comfortable communicating with senior executives as well as with business and technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
