About the Role
The Vice President of Revenue Operations at the company is a key leadership role responsible for driving sustainable, organic revenue growth. The successful candidate will lead the revenue operations team, processes, and tools, and will be a strategic partner to the GTM leadership team. This includes managing and optimizing the go-to-market strategy, leading organization design and GTM orientation, acting as a change agent and program manager, and overseeing acquisition integration efforts. The role also involves designing and managing sales and marketing forecasting processes, leading a world-class sales enablement and training function, and ensuring the effectiveness of the GTM tech stack.To excel in this position, the candidate should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and have a strong executive presence. A minimum of 7 years' of experience in a revenue operations capacity for B2B software companies, with at least 3 years' in a leadership and people management role, is required. The individual must be adept at analytical thinking, program management, and have a proven track record of driving GTM predictability and growth. Experience in private equity companies, leading acquisition integrations, and direct ownership of a strategic sales enablement function are preferred qualifications. A Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement, with an MBA being a plus. The candidate should be open to travel and possess advanced skills in Excel for analysis, modeling, and reporting.
