The Company is seeking a Vice President, Revenue Transformation to join its Commercial Sales Organization. This executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the commercial strategy, leading the enablement team, and driving a wide range of commercial initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for simplifying the buying experience through commercial transformation, ensuring the go-to-market model is aligned with the strategy, and managing the implementation of regional territory and account planning. This role demands a leader with a strong background in commercial operations, including experience in executive-level strategy, change, and project management, as well as a proven track record of delivering sustained business results.Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 8 years' in a commercial role with industry-leading organizations, 5 years' of people management experience, and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a strong consulting toolkit.
