About the job: Critical Control is searching for a dynamic and experienced Field Service Manager to lead our new location in Sacramento. As a Field Service Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing operations, managing a talented team, and driving the branch's success in providing rapid and effective emergency response and restoration services. This is an opportunity to be a part of a company that makes a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by disasters.

What youll do:

You will play a key role in the establishment of our new branch, leveraging your entrepreneurial acumen to facilitate team recruitment and development, steer sales initiatives, and successfully open the new location.

You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of emergency response and restoration professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and commitment to our mission.

You will ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding service standards and deadlines, while maintaining a strong focus on quality.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.

You will manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control, while striving for growth and profitability.

You will ensure that all branch activities adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.

You will implement key performance indicators and metrics to track and measure the branch's performance, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.

You will represent Critical Control in the community, participating in local events and initiatives that enhance the company's reputation and presence.

You will proactively identify areas for process improvement and innovation, leading initiatives to enhance the branch's efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

You have ten or more years experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, or related service industries.

You have strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.

You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

You are knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.

You have demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

You have availability for on-call duty as required.

Physical Requirements:
