The role encompasses coordinating marketing efforts and contributing to the promotion of our services across various platforms. Location: DC Office

Part Time - 20 Hours/Week

Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator at our firm, you will play a crucial role in our growth by assisting in various marketing activities to enhance our company’s presence, identify potential clients, and maintain network connections. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating in the creation of qualification packets to showcase our expertise and credentials.

Conducting regular outreach to clients, architectural firms, and stakeholders to foster relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.

Contributing to the development and upkeep of our social media presence, ensuring engaging and relevant content is shared with our audience.

Assisting in the application process for project awards to recognize our achievements and innovations.

Identifying potential clients and projects through market research and networking.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree

A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architectural or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey our firm's value proposition.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation to maintain our online presence.

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently.

An interest in design, architecture, and creative solutions.
