ABOUT THE ROLE

The VP Revenue Operations reports to the COO and is responsible for leading all company revenue generation strategies, systems, processes and reporting requirements needed to maximize community revenue performance. This role will oversee revenue strategy, pricing, lead generation funnel, sales and marketing technology stack and KPI reporting necessary to drive revenue performance.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Oversees all lead management tools, analytics/CRM systems and processes, including but not limited to digital marketing, referral sources (both on-line and off line) and local direct marketing channels for Revel Communities. Ensuring a consistent overarching approach across the enterprise, with strategic flexibility to match the unique needs/aspects of the geographic markets in which we operate.

Analyzes competitive data and market research to effectively implement pricing strategies to meet the changing needs of each local market.

Develops and leads execution of prospecting funnel strategies to generate high-quality leads throughout each stage of the marketing and sales process.

Manages revenue analyst and works with operations and sales team to set effective pricing strategies.

Uses data and analytics to measure, report on and improve organizational performance.

Responsible for budgeting and forecasting cost and production of all lead management tools and processes, ensuring high ROI/ROAS and teams accountability for results.

Collaborates with senior leadership team and others to maintain open communication and strong working relationships across the organization.

Requirements 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Strategy/Leadership, in multichannel data-driven marketing, digital environments. Understanding of on-line to off-line close process in sales cycle.

Four (4) year degree in marketing, business, related discipline or equivalent from an accredited college or university.

Strong ability to lead through influence and build strong and productive relationships with direct reports, internal colleagues/departments, and external vendors/partners.

Demonstrated competency in change-management, including strategy development, project management, outcomes measurement, and the ability to effectively set and measure goals/KPIs for internal teams.

Deep understanding of Marketing and Sales Operations processes and systems, and ability to stay abreast of best practices.

Exceptional people-leadership skills and the ability to effectively set goals, provide development opportunities, and manage performance.

Proficiency with CRM systems, sales management software, and associated reporting and analytics tools.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adjust messaging to include executives, managers, and front-line staff.

Strong data analytics aptitude and skill. Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actions.
