**Description**
**Education and Experience**
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* One year work experience required
* Previous experience in Optical or Inventory preferred
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
* Assist to Buyer Level 1
* Fulfill distribution center orders from opticians
* Troubleshoot inventory questions
* Complete frame transfers between offices in system
* Conduct multiple inventories throughout the year
* Prepare and ship out returns
* Reconcile inventory discrepancies
* Conduct cycle counts and maintain appropriate stock levels in distribution center.
* Retrieve invoices and statements
* Trouble shoot inventory questions and discrepancies
* Prepare returns and inventory swapouts through the year
* Manage assigned inventory projects
* Prepare inventory discrepancy reports
* Assess and interpret reports within software program respective to inventory levels, purchase orders, fill rate, et al
* Cross train and instruct others on inventory processes on Compulink software
* Work closely with A/P in reconciling invoices
* All other duties as assigned
