Descripción general de la posición:
Responsable del rendimiento general de la cocina, manteniendo altos estándares de alimentos, cumplimiento de procedimientos y recetas, limpieza, salud y seguridad en todo momento. Garantiza un ambiente de trabajo positivo y que cumpla con la ley.
Responsabilidades :
• Manejo de inventarios de productos necesarios almacenados para el servicio.
• Contratar nuevo personal y brindar capacitación para facilitar una rápida aclimatación.
• Manejar todos los aspectos de preparacion de comida desde ordenar y recibir productos para mantener tiempos de servicio puntuales.
• Establecer estándares de limpieza regulares para la cocina y verificar que el personal mantenga los niveles sanitarios. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud, manteniendo un ambiente de cocina limpio y organizado.
• Creación de horarios para todo el personal de cocina.
• Seguimiento de las finanzas de la cocina para identificar áreas de posible desperdicio
Requisitos:
Al menos un año de experiencia reciente en restaurante en cualquier puesto. La experiencia previa en gerencia es una ventaja.
Bilingue en Español e Ingles
Flexibilidad y disponibilidad de horarios.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y liderazgo para crear un equipo de cocina de alto rendimiento que prospere en un entorno acelerado
Certificación de Gerente de Manipuladores de Alimentos
Conocimiento y habilidades básicas de computación. Puede aprender y adaptarse a nuevos softwares y sistemas.
