Schedule: 9/80
Location: Houston, Texas (Must live within a 50-mile radius to the customer's office)

Responsibilities: Working within SAP PM/MM Master Data Management database structure and system as it relates to maintenance operations.
Run a preventive maintenance forecast program using IP24 or IP19 to establish a yearly calendar hour forecast per day/week/month.
Set up frequency of preventative maintenance, list task hours and ensure scheduling dates are well managed within SAP.
Implement cross functional/team-based improvements with change management fundamentals.
Ability to drive improvements using cLEAN® or Six Sigma tools.
Create work plans for low to medium complexity projects/plans being executed by cross functional teams.
Reviewing, summarizing & assessing M9 notification requests created (approx. 20-30 new M9s per week, 100 currently open)
Coding, routing, and following up on M9 queries with the requestor (offshore or MRI/EHS/Projects groups)
Maintaining a "live" management spreadsheet of open M9s with actions and comments etc.
Detailing and assigning master data tasks for them & LTTS India team to execute, then review & QA of the task execution.
Executing more complex or urgent M9s with minimal input from the Maintenance Program Advisor
Assisting the MRI/EHS/Projects groups with creation of new FLOC/maintenance data and loading into SAP
Assisting the AMS group with creation of new & revised FLOC/maintenance data and loading into SAP
QA and feedback on any SAP data loads
Analyzing, preparing, and reporting out weekly on M9 status
Review and enhancement of [Master Data Project] maintenance program
Validation and alignment of PCMS & SEMP Check systems and programs with SAP.
Managing the M9 end-to-end process and ensuring compliance with the revised procedure
Technical/maintenance review and assessment of complex M9s for validity and detailed execution task assignment
Weekly M9 review and clarification meetings with 3 offshore assets & MRI/EHS/Projects groups
Facilitating PSAT & technical reviews of M9s with MRI/EHS/Project TAs & engineers
Maintaining the PSAT matrix and associated SAP data, including new or revised PSATs
Fulfilling corporate SAP requirements as directed by senior advisors.
MRI Single point of contact for MDO materials system performance and enhancement
Qualifications: 5 years of experience in SAP master data management in maintenance operations required.
7 years' experience in maintenance/engineering field required.
Proficiency in SAP CMMS and PM/MM modules required.
Certification in reliability system (e.g. CMRP, CRL) a plus.
Certifications in SAP PM/MM Master Data Management preferred.
Proficient in SAP PM/MM database structure and system capabilities preferred.
Strong computer skills with ability to navigate & learn various software databases.
Demonstrated experience in implementing cross functional/team-based improvements and knowledgeable with change management fundamentals preferred.
Knowledgeable in pharmaceutical process equipment and utility systems a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency of SAP CMMS and PM/MM modules required.
Demonstrated experience in driving improvements using cLEAN® or Six Sigma tools preferred.
Experience in project management, change management and stakeholder management preferred.
Ability to create work plans for low to medium complexity projects/plans being executed by cross functional teams preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; Four-year college degree preferred or proven experience equivalent.
