Account Supervisor

Highnoon, a Phoenix-based marketing agency, has our sights set on challenging the status quo of what a full-service marketing partner should be. We are growing rapidly and looking for a qualified Account Supervisor to join our Client Services team.
In this role, your primary responsibility is to build client relationships through regular, proactive and value-added communication, working with cross-functional teams to support account strategy and team management and development.

Highnoon seeks candidates familiar with both traditional and digital marketing, demonstrating a track record of successful outcomes with account management, performance and leadership. To be successful in this role, we encourage candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong work ethic to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the main point of contact for your clients
Maintaining exceptional relationships with key decisions makers
Develop best-in-class marketing solutions for clients based on their goals and objectives
Account direction and management including setting client expectations, project plans, budgeting and forecasting, and overseeing quality and accuracy of deliverables
Build trusted and consultative relationships with clients by aligning marketing strategy with business goals and generating results that have a measurable impact
Manage a team of marketing professionals and oversee each individual’s growth and development
Actively coach your team to encourage and support healthy growth and development
Develop project/creative/media briefs based on client and agency input and present briefs to the internal departments/employees involved in the project’s execution
Unite all departments/channels and respective employees for smooth operations of the account and establish clear strategic direction for the business
Prepare for and attend all client and internal meetings, present reports, and daily communication with client
Work with cross-functional departments and teams to create proposals, work orders, addendums, change orders and reports
Analyze performance data and results to determine how to best optimize against KPIs and organizational goals
Provide clear client feedback to internal teams
Rally internal teams to create strategic recommendations and bring new ideas to the table
Research and pursue opportunities for in-account client growth
Assistance with research and presentations for new business development as necessary
Embrace thought-leadership by staying up-to-date on industry news, technology trends and best practices
Maintain client strategy document(s), ensuring new information and/or changes are implemented in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of integrated marketing experience with heavy emphasis on digital performance
Excellent writing and grammatical skills; articulate when speaking and presenting
Positive attitude and ability to coach/teach others on your team
Ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment
Play a role in supporting and directing your team to produce key client deliverables and ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget
Owns assigned work and understands the correlation with project outcomes
Takes initiative to innovate and solve problems without direct supervision and/or direction
Works on several customer projects at the same time, and must have the ability to constantly shift gears, solve problems, synthesize ideas, and listen to changing needs
Baseline knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Office product suite
Experience with a project/task management is a plus (Highnoon uses ClickUp)
