Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges, utilizing data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer experience, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that support overall business objectives
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance online presence while driving digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop Lead Public Relation campaigns to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation, developing and maintaining positive relationships with media outlets and influencers
Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members while building and nurturing a high-performing marketing team
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience with growth funnels, social media, podcast management, YouTube management, content marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Public Relations, and branding
Proven success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Experience with Business to Customer (B2C) marketing
