THE POSITION
Cyborg Mobile seeks a full-time account executive who will identify opportunities within new and existing client accounts and build them into long-term profitable relationships. This role will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to secure business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and oversee all client success. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
As primary account executive, youll be directly responsible for the generation of sales qualified leads, in addition to the preservation and expansion of our customer base. You will manage the full life cycle of our customer engagement, being responsible for managing the sales funnel, closing deals, cultivating client relationships, and growing the account. Your objective is to accelerate Cyborg Mobiles services and product offerings within both public and private sectors.
Lead in all contract negotiations, proposals, and execution of SOWs
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
Present to prospective customers on Cyborg Mobiles suite of services
Drive revenue growth and market share within new and existing client accounts
Oversee day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects
Own client management with internal point of contact/account manager at client company
Build and manage the opportunity pipeline against sales objectives/metrics to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Manage, track, and report sales activities using our ATS CRM system
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Be proactive about attending networking events to promote company/brand awareness and to cultivate relationships
WHAT YOULL BRING
5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
Experience selling professional services and B2B SasS sales is essential
Proven ability to manage an enterprise-level client account
Proven track record in hitting sales objectives
Consultative selling experience in growing existing accounts
Sales motivated, possessing the ability to excel with minimal supervision
Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
Motivated enough to help build processes
Proficient in using an ATS/CRM system

This is a heavily commissioned role. Base salary is $65k. On Target Earnings (OTE) up to $500k. There is no cap on earning potential quarterly or annually.
