Do you have what it takes to lead a team and attract top talent in the real estate industry? You might be exactly who we are looking for! In order to expand into a leading real estate team, we need someone who is committed to bringing on board only the most talented agents. Your annual goal should be to train and onboard five to ten new agents, with each one eventually closing twenty four deals in their second year. You should have at least three years of sales management and hiring experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Responsibilities
Help create plans for improving business growth, team motivation, and how agents can find new business opportunities
Participate in job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events to grow our group's membership and real estate team
Learn, know, and be able to talk the Workman Way method of agent success and business management
Train new agents on our systems including Workman, Hubspot, Dotloop, etc
Assist our marketing team as needed for agent marketing opportunities
Qualifications Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Outstanding organizational skills and time management
At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the real estate industry
2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
Compensation $90,000
