Job Summary:
Key Insurance seeks a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing top-notch insurance solutions, and contributing to the growth of our business. As an Account Manager, you will work remotely, enjoying a high level of independence and autonomy, while still being part of a supportive team. Occasional travel to our Washington office for training and meetings will be requested (averaging 1-2X monthly).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and claims support.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to existing clients.
Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy.
Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Conduct periodic client reviews to assess their evolving needs and provide proactive solutions.
Handle policy renewals and make necessary adjustments as needed.
Assist clients in the claims process and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.
Compensation:
$75,000 base pay commensurate with experience.

Monday- Friday
Location:
Remote for Washington residents
Occasional travel to our Washington office for training and meetings will be requested (averaging 1-2X monthly).
