Account Manager
We are seeking an individual with travel industry experience to provide strategic account management to corporate customers. The successful applicant also will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability for the Company. Successful candidate will have overall accountability for customer relationship. This includes:
Assess contract requirements and goals
Develop, deliver and manage appropriate solutions for all aspects of the client's managed travel program
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Measure and monitor contract and vendor performance through data analysis and vendor negotiations
Position Requirements:
B.S./B.A. Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years in Operations/Account Management in the service industry
Complete understanding of travel agency industry
Must possess a successful track record of Account Management
Ability to interface with customers in a professional manner
Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
