Description
As a leading managed care organization in the workers’ compensation industry, EK Health is keenly interested in recruiting talent reflective of our corporate values and way of life. In keeping with a commitment to strong cultural integrity, title and territory with this position will be discussed and determined based on the individual selected to fulfill this role. This person will report to the Vice President of Business Development.
The Sales Executive will meet and/or exceed sales objectives and goals by developing a client base and maintaining potential customer relationships through sales calls, prospecting, networking, and referrals. Through consultative selling, the Sales Executive will assess client needs, prepare proposals, make winning presentations, promote the company’s products and services, close contracts with potential clients and expand business with existing clients in the Workers’ Compensation and Managed Care markets.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
Develop an individual sales plan with measurable goals reported weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
Identify, develop, and expand new relationships with Insured, Self-Insured, Carrier and Public Entity prospects by determining market trends and client needs and staying abreast of changes
Increase new sales revenue by stated annual goals
Manage sales process within sales budget provided
Work closely with business development, marketing, and all operations departments
Responsible for delivering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure company goals are achieved on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Create sales reports and client-ready presentations for delivery at sales meetings
Lead the preparation and presentation of services to potential and new clients
Provide industry feedback and prospective client response to the leadership team, as needed.
Track all sales efforts and milestones in CRM and validate prospect/client assignments before reaching new prospects
Provide updated report on sales pipeline and milestone movement weekly and monthly.
Establish and maintain individual business relationships with key customers
Seek out and coordinate networking opportunities by attending Workers’ Compensation networking or other industry related meetings and functions, with budget approval
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field must
Master's degree in a business-related field is a plus
Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a selling role in managed care and/or workers compensation industry
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as sales psychology and buying techniques
Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
