Our industry-leading client is looking for a Scrum Lead to join their team!
Location: This role will have a hybrid schedule of remote work and onsite work in Boston, MA! Candidates must be local to Boston for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Promote Agile principles and practices within squads and organization
Guide squads towards effective backlog management, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Product Director on backlog prioritization and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
Provide thought leadership and coach squad members for Agile maturity.
Work with other teams across the organization to coordinate and manage dependencies and delivery
Required Experience:
5+ years of relevant Agile experience at the Scrum Lead or Agile Coach/Mentor level
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM I & II preferred)
Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and related operational aspects
Experience working through a transformation of a team to Agile structure and Agile practices
Experience working cross-functionally
Experience working with stakeholders
Experience with and/or knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
